When can you come out and help me at my home or office?
A customer service representative can schedule an appointment with you right away based on availability, we also offer evening and Saturday appointments when needed.
How much can I expect to pay at time of service?
We offer a competitive rate of $99.00 per hour labor rate for our residential and educational customers. This does not include parts for service.
Our on site small business labor rate is $120.00 per hour, and the cost of materials, parts, and supplies.
It is after hours and my Mac or PC just died, what do I do now?
We offer emergency on site service at varying rates depending on after hours and holidays.
I just dropped or spilled on my PC or Mac what should I do?
Quickly remove all sources of power, like power cords, batteries etc. if its a laptop, turn it upside down and leave it alone for at a minimum of 24-48 hours, and of course call us right away for an appointment!
Where are you located, Can I drop off my equipment?
